Provided support on assignments relating to policies and procedures and how these are actioned including undertaking the quality review of Strategy and Business Planning, Technical Services, Operations and Maintenance and HSE policies and procedures development.
Major Conglomerate
Led the bespoke design and implementation planning for the establishment of a new Corporate HSE entity for this major conglomerate including clarification of governance, organisational roles, HSE elements vs leading practices
Mining
Led the revision of the corporate HSE management system including management system elements, detailed guidance and toolkit development. This included liaising with more than 50 stakeholders and conducting working groups to ensure the results were fit for purpose as well as conducting regulatory mapping.
Carried out equivalency work for rating agencies and external standards; including Dow Jones Sustainability Index, GRI, ICMM, TSM, IRMA, VPSHR and IFC.
Provided advice on improving effectiveness and efficiency of ESG assurance activities, including providing training requirements, guidance documentation, scheduling and streamlining opportunities.
