
Sarah Morrin is an engineer and fellow chartered accountant, with a background in heavy asset industries. Over the past 20 years, she has worked at the interface between commercial and operational concerns of clients across the asset lifecycle including: contract and commercial reviews in the oil and gas, utilities, telecommunication and construction sectors; design and establishment of new operations and support functions and ways of working aligned to ESG regulatory and contractual needs; HSE governance and management system establishment and review, investment appraisals and public investment management and capital program/ project reviews. Sarah has led and undertaken projects with cross-functional teams worldwide including in the UAE, Iraq, Oman, Kuwait, KSA, UK, Ireland and Botswana.

Neil Morrin is an experienced health and safety professional and Director of the company. He has operational experience as VP-Health and Safety for a Mining Company in addition to wide industry experience as a safety consultant in the Middle East and UK.
He is an industrial chemist with 11 years industry experience in production and project roles within mining and mineral processing sectors. His core skills and expertise include hazardous chemical management, process optimisation, project leadership, technical consulting and stakeholder management.
