MEET THE TEAM

Sarah Morrin is a chartered accountant and an engineer, with a background in heavy asset industries. Over the past 15 years, she has worked at the interface between commercial and operational concerns of clients across the asset lifecycle including: contract and commercial reviews in the oil and gas, utilities, telecommunication and construction sectors; design and establishment of new functions and ways of working aligned to regulatory and contractual needs; and capital program/ project reviews on the basis of contractual arrangements. Sarah has led and undertaken projects with cross-functional teams in the UAE, Iraq, Oman, Kuwait, KSA, UK, Ireland and Botswana.

Sarah also holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Nottingham and is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant and has a NEBOSH diploma. Having worked for the Big Four for 12 years, she managed outsourced and co-sourced internal audit engagements and was a Board member of the IIA in Botswana. she has advised key players across the oil and gas, construction reviews and commercial reviews with supplies as well as HSE audit and operational support work. Her work has included site visits to the UK, Europe, Kuwait, Iraq, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Oman and UAE.

Over the past 16 years, she has worked at the interface between commercial and operational concerns of clients across the asset lifecycle including end to end operating models design, capital project and asset management (includes O&M) optimisation, accounting transitions, contract reviews and Corporate HSE establishment. As someone who has worked to a leadership level in heavy industry, she is an advocate for the promotion of diversity and in supporting remarkable people to drive remarkable ideas.

Neil Morrin is an experienced health and safety professional having worked as both a health and safety manager and as a Principal Consultant developing and delivering bespoke solutions to client requirements in a variety of sectors and client portfolios. As a chartered member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and ISO lead auditor, Neil is experienced in both developing clients health and safety risk management.

Neil is also skilled, accredited (IOSH & NEBOSH) and experienced trainer, having developed and delivered training programs for a variety of clients and levels within an organisation, ranging from front line operator training, to delivery of tailored IOSH training courses for senior management teams. Neil has the knowledge, skills and experience to either review and update your business’s current management system or work with you to help identify and address the priority concerns facing your business to work towards compliance and excellence.

Neil Morrin holds a Masters degree in Chemistry with Environmental Chemistry from the University of Birmingham. He is an ISO leader auditor, a Chartered member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and accredited IOSH and NEBOSH trainer. He has been a front line process chemist and HSE manager. His experience includes: managing HSE in the UAE in multiple sectors for private and government clients; and facilitating operational risk assessment for an Australian mining company.

Sarah Mason is a health and safety consultant with over eight years’ experience supporting the fire safety industry deliver to end users. ​ 

In addition to an academic background in Psychology and current health and safety qualifications under study, she brings account management, scheduling, and management skills. ​ 

During her time with Morvah consulting, Sarah has taken an active role supporting health and safety reviews across various industries including a London based lettings agency and a defence client. 

Sarah is the chair of a local charitable organization for pre-school children.
